It’s a family run business. They get you motivated and they want you to succeed, but it’s a tough job, you must be up to the task. They will try to coach you much as they can

Promote from within and a great work environment!

I've worked at enough jobs to know a good work place. Given, all jobs have there ups and downs and can improve in some areas. The work place is a very vibrant, upbeat atmosphere. I see myself working here long term. As long as you are doing your job and asking questions when you have them you will have no issues in this work atmosphere.
If you are working hard, believe me it does not go unnoticed! I've seen them promote people into different departments and different rankings all because hard work!
They give us one hour lunch breaks, a lot of work establishments do not do that. If you get really hungry, didn't bring lunch, and don't have a car, they have vending machines in office!! They also provide free coffee (and tea) all day! coming in so early in the morning I am glad I dont have to make a pit stop to grab coffee because when I get here I know it'll be brewing!
Overall this is a very well maintained establishment.

new faces weekly
Data Entry Specialist (Former Employee) - Deerfield Beach, FL - December 11, 2016
The interviews I had were quick and a little too concise. I walked out with the job both times ( I was interviewed for two positions). I asked about how often they hired employees and the answer was not often, another question was how long do most employee stay and are they happy with their positions. Needless to say after working there for 3 months, over thirty-five people were fired and hired from the same department. It's a management office and a call center with about sixty employees all crammed in one room. The CEO's are father and son, they have two company names but everything is run in one building. The non-call center employees are very friendly and family like, except for AJ (alfred) he's a snake.
