Kit Builder (Current Employee) - Sanger, TX - October 22, 2019
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedManagement is terrible an they don't care bout you. Don't ask for a raise most people won't get one if not family related. Although plus for some people, they require no background check.

Horrible pay, horrible morale
Material Handler (Current Employee) - Sanger, TX - September 1, 2023
Owners and management do not care about you. Pay is terrible. Work is easy, but it’s a nightmare there. There is not PTO or sick time. It’s not climate controlled and if you go into the office to escape the heat, they yell at you.

Do not recommend working here. Will not give you your raise when promised. Does not take care of employees when it comes to providing proper/clean water during summer

Worst place to work
Warehouse Employee (Former Employee) - Sanger, TX - November 9, 2019
They use and throw employees away like their nothing. I started there Jan 3,2019 worked hard for that company. I worked over 125 hours for that company in a two week period because they needed the help on night shift. I worked from 6am to 12 sometimes 1am without a break between shifts in the late July early August...hottest time of the summer and the next week they fired me because I was sick for two days froms heat exhaustion.

Productive and fun job with no beneifits
Warehouse Associate (Former Employee) - Sanger, TX - September 8, 2018
It was a decent place to work at because, I got to work by my self in my own station, and had 2 15 minute paid time breaks. The hardest part about that job was the fact that the warehouse had no fans and it would get extremely hot in the warehouse.
Pros
2 paid time breaks
Cons
no benefits and no way to cool down

Productive, fast pace workplace.
Packer (Former Employee) - Sanger, TX - September 23, 2017
During my time at A&W productions I used many tools to build and pack parts for kits. Each kit pulled or built has an order sheet and must be done so with precision. The kits are then sent to Peterbilt assembly line. There they will be used to finish manufacturing Peterbilt semi trucks. (18 wheeler trucks)
Pros
Great warehouse experience
Cons
No ac/heat in warehouse.

Work hard with out any credit
Material Handler (Former Employee) - Sanger, TX - July 2, 2013
They lie about what they are going to pay you and if you ask about a raise or talk to any other employee about a raise they look for a reason to fire you. I worked there for two years starting out at $9 an hour I should have been making $11 an hour by the time I left but was only making $9.50 and people who hadn’t even been there a year were already making more than me.
Pros
I liked the people I worked with
Cons
Not payed what was promised, managers didnt give second shift credit
