Could be a good company but Owners are lazy

Come to work and have to figure out what is going on what trucks are running what drivers are working and move forward on getting work covered.
Management does not communicate with me what is going on.
But as soon as something goes wrong its my fault.
Enjoyed making thing happen so at the end of the day all loads are covered.
