Ok place to work.

Indeed Featured review

Colleagues are like family here, and want to see you succeed. Sometimes it's disheartening to push a bond sale when it may not be in the best interest of the ccustomer or family. The bounty hunter is overbearing.

Pros

This is an ideal job for a single person.

Cons

The pay could be better along with benefits.

A typical work day

I would clock in and chat and get comfortable at my desk. Then I would get the folders I was supposed to input in the computer and complete them. I would then file them in the filing cabinets. Then I would go on my lunch break. I would make copies and check people in when necessary. I would do more inputting and filing before it was time for me to go home.

Pros

The office is like a family

ok place to work if you dont mind drama and unprofessional coworkers

Typical day here contacting previous incoming inquires for bail info. Court reminder calls, updating court dates in folders and in company system. Processing bail bonds for city, county and Out of county bonds to keep and get people out of jail. Pretty easy job just a lot of paperwork.

Pros

Easy work, paid training, lot of opportunities to get more paid time off days

Cons

horrible managment that don't follow protocol, drama and nonprofessional coworkers. high turnover rate

good company

It's a great company with good benefits. I've learned a lot and was a great over all experience. They provided flexible hours that benefit me

Not professional

Not professional, has three different levels of management and there isnt a consistant approach to training new hires, absolute night mare, after 10 days of half day training lessons, there is an outdated home-made test, minimual opportunity for advancement

Pros

Bonuses

Cons

Horrible pay for the work

Everyday was a new adventure both in the field and office. I always were challenged and awaited a change with the company agenda for that day.

I study law and this previous employment was a great opportunity to be paid in the field that i live and breath daily in the past as well as present.
