Just maximizing production everyday. Work has to be done as accurately as possible in order to avoid double work and lose money for the company. Every second of time counts. Wasted motion has to be avoided.I have learned a lot each day. The management is alright. They are very supportive. Coworkers are good too and helpful.The hardest part of the job if I got overwhelmed with work especially when new jobs comes in and the time to complete is the same and help is not available. The only consolation I know, is when I finish the job ahead of time.
