Low pay compared to industry median average. Forced union with abysmal support/coverage. $500+ per pay period for family benefits (at $20/hr, impossible). Most trades barely make above minimum wage. Safety/QA makes 20/hr. Supervisors make 25/hr. Overtime is a unicorn. PTO accrues 4hrs/ pay period and gets used for everything.
