What is the best part of working at the company?Work life balance day off during the week and short hours on Saturday What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Too much work for little pay to many steps to bind a policy What is the work environment and culture like at the company?There is none you work by yourself in one office What is a typical day like for you at the company?Slow slow slow day with no customer interaction only a few calls maybe 3 or 4

This is a great company to work for, you go in and do your job and then clock out. It is an actual job, no stress about selling or anything. I wish i was still working here but i got sick and did not want to hold up the team. LOVED IT HERE.

Management micromanages, management does not have a sense of what an open door policy is. that the employees go to management instead of the other way around. At least in Texas management is very sneaky. Not a good experience working there.

Their Human Resources department, Servicing the policy, The agent has to deal with claims, No marketing materials, No budget for anything.

For people that are willing to work hard and earn the company respect you can easily made a lot of money in this company in a very relax and peaceful work space.
