Bad management
Company is ran poorly, low pay, no respect, not worth your time, this company did not provide the basic of things to run a shift properly, but just so happens I could make do with what I had.

Decent
This company was ok to work for. It wasn't much room for improvement or growth. It was stagnant and complacent. The pay was decent but it wasn't a lot of encouragement

Great environment to work.
A typical day at work is making sure equipment is working properly , quick briefing and a lot of cleaning.I learned how to set my own routine to get the job done on schedule while still being a team player.It was quite a few young co-workers in my department, so it took a little patience.
