The most useful review selected by Indeedloved the managers, easy job, hardest thing to do was cleaning out the units-which wasnt even hard.. you are your own boss. I liked being able to be outside everyday.

Interesting place to work.
Facility Manager (Former Employee) - Louisville, KY - July 18, 2017
Days are spent answering phones, taking payments, answering questions and cleaning. Owner believes in antiquated pay scale, and sometimes unrealistic expectations of employees.
