The job was paid uder the industry standard, and treated the employees well. That is until they got bought out by a new company and made changes. Goodbye loyalty and hello cuttthroat city.

A lot of the jobs are easy. Lots of work to do. Smaller company but a lot of workers. The leadership doesn’t trust your work quality for a long time. No room for advancement.
