Horrible supervisors and hostile work environment. No advancement opportunities. Supervisors stand over your shoulder screaming at you if you don't answer the phones fast enough. Has sucky insurance, but at least does offer it.

Great place to work that offers reliability. Management is caring and work is easy once you get used to it. I learned a lot of skills working there as the types of calls you receive cover all different types of lives.
