Communicate with employees in written format please. Much is lost when messages are passed on (or more frequently, not passed on). Changes are implemented with the best of intentions and then employees are not informed as to the 'tweaks' to those changes. Patients are left frustrated and employees are left in the dark. Poor communication, ineffective schedules, lack of documentation as to what was said to whom leads to mass confusion. The patients are the ones that suffer.
