People its great , but the place don't pay good and its to much work benefits are poor and we always short on personal in my opinion if the company can hired more people becuase of the pay , why they don't help the people they have already .

I really enjoyed working here. The management really cares about what they do and are good resources for employees. I've worked at many different offices in this capacity and the level of independence plus available support is good.Job Advancement is possible, but needs to be communicated to them directly. It's a smaller company, so most people are already in place.I highly recommend giving it a try in any capacity.

I am charge nurse at this facility and have been working here for a year now. The most that I like about A-Grace is the support for learning and development. Here you can volunteer or involve yourself into learning the role of a respiratory nurse or a treatment nurse. You can also develop your career into the next level positions. I see regular nurses become nurse supervisors. One has recently become DSD. Colleagues are supportive and generally helpful for your growth. I like it here. I see myself becoming a better nurse and take my career to the next level.

A good place to work if you don't mind low pay, no raises and lazy CNA's. Working environment can be stressful and patient assignments border on being unsafe due to frequent understaffing.
