Being a new-grad nurse, A Grace has helped me develop into a confident nurse. My co-workers, most of them, have been helpful and take on teacher roles when needed. The ones that aren't so helpful are still helpful, albeit they are the type to "eat their young" they still get the point of what needs to be done across.

Was a new grad at A Grace. Pay was extremely low for the stress load, we were always understaffed, especially CNA’s. But, I was fortunate enough to work with awesome nurses, cna’s and supervisors.

I really enjoyed working here. The management really cares about what they do and are good resources for employees. I've worked at many different offices in this capacity and the level of independence plus available support is good.Job Advancement is possible, but needs to be communicated to them directly. People its great , but the place don't pay good and its to much work benefits are poor and we always short on personal in my opinion if the company can hired more people becuase of the pay , why they don't help the people they have already .

if u are Philippines and u have a chance to enjoy. i made a lot of friends when i joined, but i lost most of my colleagues, because people leaves very very often, new faces EVERY day.
