It's a great company if you like working hard.

It's a great company if you like working hard. and getting paid well for working hard. If you like long hours and hectic deadlines you'll love working there. The owner and I go way back and he is a good family driven man. Yet he also expects perfection, which most owners usually do. The hours are long and the work is hard, but the pay makes up for that.
