We're growing rapidly, our biggest delay in any growth is finding someone like you to join our team and allow us to continue to grow in this market.

Our long term goal is 200 happy customers daily, the only way we can achieve that goal is to hire the best and brightest to take us to the next level.

Be cautious. Management/ownership seems to mean well, but is very disorganized and inexperienced. Communication about jobs is sub-par on most days, paychecks were regularly late and/or bounced, benefits were cancelled but still deducted from paychecks, liability insurance was not inactive for months.

Extremely dysfunctional company. No direct deposit, and because of this; issues getting paid on time, and occasional bouncing checks. The bank would sometimes hold my check for up to 7 days because the company's payroll account had a high likely hood of bouncing. The management is very supportive with any problems or concerns that arise when on the job. They communicate effectively with technicians when they are out in the field and want the best for both customers and employees. Work life balance is very good and I never feel pressured to work more than I request.

A typical day involves talking to and communication with dozens of current and potential customers. Multiple times a day I am in contact with management and ownership to problem solve and strategize. The most enjoyable part of the job is the family atmosphere and the sense that my work matters and is appreciated. The hardest part of the job is to get people to pick up their phones haha.
