Managing Director (Former Employee) – Dallas, TX – August 16, 2018
The company tries, but with an ever shrinking customer base it is hard to keep a bottom line. Job security is non-existent. Management is always hiring consultants to optimize the business. Not sure how many dollars wasted on consultants. Company is still be run like a big $2 billion company with executive trips, off-sites and big salaries and bonus. Executives need to roll up sleeves and help out with the day to day task and learn for themselves hoe to optimize.
Not much to offer, This was a temp position and therefore had no company perks if there were any. The location was difficult to get to as it was in downtown Dallas. The offices were old and dark, Guidance was spotty at best.
