If you are looking to work for an AC Moore store I'd advise you to apply in person. Since the store is a chain they do an online application and a lot of times store managers don't see them. If you hand your application directly to a store manager you're much more likely to get the job.

The interview process for me was different than most places I've worked at since I didn't actually really have a formal interview. When I dropped off my application I spoke with the store manager for like 5-10 minutes and that was it. I was asked to work without another interview. I'm sure this is different at other stores, but this is what I did.
