Well first of all to keep employee you make it incentive make a plan to let the employees know that a fuse meets your quarter every quarter disincentive of getting promotion or pay raise and to let them know that they're not alone we work as a team we work as a family no work on one person should not be done unless another one can do it by themselves

Listen to your employees. You cut hours to 14-20 a week, have one to two ppl cashier and not enough ppl on the floor. Hour cuts and you have custom framers, FES, and mods ringing register cause hours are cut so not enough bodies while expecting tasks to get done. All with an $8-$9 an HR wage
