My pay rate was based on one position when I was hired now I have a lot more responsibilitys with same rate was told the positions I was given came with a raise but never recieved a raise since I was hired only the cost of living raise.
The pay is low considering all the responsibilitys I have,
When hiring a new manager at a branch with little experience in the industry follow up with the employees at the branch on ways he can improve communication with associates on a respectable level as well as building and boosting customer relationships.
Pay more for adding more responsibility,if hired to drive straight job then told to drive TT or operate boom truck you should get payed for it
Hire better management and praise the workers and pay them at least their 40 hours.

Need branch managers that have some form of construction or distribution background. And higher starting rates and better raises.
