Poorest Managt. People who don't even know why are they managing are being posted on the mangt. level!... Sales are decreasing cuz of too many comps. av. in market and as a result of it, firing all the employees in so many depts.

A troubling future. The majority of established, long-term associates are being let go. New employees being hired at far reduced salaries at the new supercenters in Norfolk, Maitland, etc. Without guidance from experienced prrsonnel, these new employees are under pressure to become productive fast. The next couple of years will determine if the company sinks or swims.

I think it depends on your department. Mine is rooted in the ACA and my future depends on legislature, and not from ADP directly.
