I know I would be an asset for ADP. I processed payroll with EZLabor with my former employer and have some knowledge however, it seems impossible to get an interview. Is it required to have an inside connection.

Inside connections absolutely help; however, keep applying....ADP is *always* hiring...*always*. You'll definitely get an interview....keep persistent.

I personally had no friends or family working for ADP; therefore i cannot state that it is a requirement to get hired, the hiring process seemed very professional in my point of view.
