What is the background process like? What do they look for and what will make you no longer be considered during the background check?

4 answers

Drug test, employment verification

They look for confident, strong-willed people that have ambition and a strong worth ethic with individuality yet also coachable so that the managers can teach them to be their best.

Most intense background check I have ever gone through. About a month long.

I just recently completed background check. They want proof of the income you are making with your current employer, your start date, proof that you are in active status with that company. Your previous jobs they are only checking to confirm your hire and last day and titles on those jobs. They don't call them for income verification. They also check if you lived in other states and criminal background (of course). Best advise... I wouldn't lie about titles or omit a job. They will find out.

Help job seekers learn about the company by being objective and to the point.
