Learn more on how to communicate with employees, set an example for the employees to follow, stop allowing ghost tickets and fake picks, give the employees 1 hour lunch, stop the gossip and follow up with a positive outlook, fire all your supervisor and hire ones who have public relationships skills, hire warehouse people who know about people ethics, train the supervisors in empathy and stop allowing the supervisors to bully employees and allowing bullying to take place with other employees. The gossip is 99% lies and the supervisors believe the lazy employees that don't work, your guilty based off gossip. Fire all your supervisor and start fresh.
