All the very typical interview questions. “Tell me about yourself.” “What makes you the perfect candidate?” What draws you to the company/position?” Etc.
They just presented the position but never followed up for the actual interview.
They mostly ask about my customer service experience and what motivates me the most. There was a few other questions but I don't really remember.
What do you think abou9t this job?
If your called for a second interview how long did it take to get called back!
How long before your expected to pay the 303.00, for background check, lisence, ect..?
There are actually 2 interviews. The first is in a group fashion explaining Aflac, people were weeded out by the RSC then. Those he thought would be a good for were brought in for a one on one with him. I was prepared with a list of questions for HIM, he was very impressed *hint to anyone going into your one in one* He asked me what values are important to me, that the sky's the limit on your potential income ( don't give up another job until you get your business going, about 9 months-a year.
Does the Client Service Rep. Involves sales?
Firt interview was not really an interview but more of a information session/sales pitch. They asked if you would be interested in meeting with them for a 2nd interview one on one which would technically be your first.
They asked questions about your motivation, ability to succeed. Do you want to be a business owner. My interview was strange as it was myself & another applicant in a "group" interview.
