Raises don't happen very often with the company. I don't call a " raise " if everyone gets it because everyone was complaining about it I went from 15.90 to 16.25 (only .35 cents ) per hour within three years working here as employee here. The place is a total joke if you want an total honest answer from me. They act like they care about us but the reality there is no promotions or raises within the company.

Allegedly 7hr work days on paper. But in actuality it is more like 10-12 if u don’t want to get fired and stay on top of ur work. Also if u have a company iPhone ur hours are much longer.

Do not allow empire builders to hire - you will just need to do more layoffs. Many managers seem to measure their success by size of their empire. Communicate layoffs so that people don’t spend work time or home time trading rumors. My coworker’s manager was laid off and no one even officially told him even after the fact. Emphasize working on projects until the finish, not starting and stopping and wasting resources. As much as possible measure people by results , not face time, though I can see why it would be tempting to use face time.
