NO! I was a BAM. The company is so unorganized and have unrealistic goals which you will never reach. I was not successful or happy so i stepped down.

Hire Adults, I now know why you been sued for Age Discrimination, Your video interviews are wast of time, done it few times(wasted 3 hours), then ended with not even a professional reply, in fact, recruiter lied when asked why no reply?
Some of us, are retired, and have massive knowledge as upper management, you hire them for bread crumbs and that is fine, but lets be honest: Age brings Experience and wisdom.
Abolish the Video recorded interview that you Insist on.
