commission structure, is TERRIBLE, and only getting worse the hourly pay is too low, upper management keeps personal beefs with sales reps, and other than complaining or micro managing is more or less non existent, floor traffic is awful. if you are good at selling phones and not tv plans this is not the place for you. if you dont sell directv you will make nothing. Your schedule will change without notice and it will be your responsibility to adjust to it. if you hit goals or beyond you will not be praised for it, you're treated as more of a number than a person would not recommend to anyone. If you want to work for AT&T apply for corporate and make twice the money for the same job, don't waste your time here. with most issues your customers face, you'll have to send them to corporate anyway. being that authorized retailers are prohibited from issuing bill credits, rebates or waving fees. So you will see most of your potential income walk right out the door.
