The position is Monday through Friday, though you will have to work weekends to keep up with all the RFP responses, documentation and customer responses. You get your vacation days added at the beginning of the year and request time off from your manager

For every exta hr or day worked, comp off is also allowed.
Company goes off seniority, most of the time as a new Person you will not receive weekends off unless you bid and they are open

With working at AT&T you have to be flexible and available to work whatever schedule is given to you, and your schedule was based on seniority and bidding scheduling.
I had weekends off most of my career with AT&T and there were lots of employees you could do a shift trade with.
The time off was permitted when ever needed also there was etime.
Weekends were optional. Depends on department
