  • I applied online on Wednesday 10/27/2021 and completed an online assessment, then selected a interview time immediately after passing the assessment. I interviewed on Thursday 10/28/2021 in person. Then on Wednesday 11/03/2021 I received an email that I was selected for the position then received a phone call from corporate about the next steps. My start date is Monday 11/29/2021. I felt it was a pretty quick process.

  • I think the overall length of time it takes is really dependent on a lot of factors, including how quickly positions need to be filled in your area, whether your resume and job history grab their attention, etc. In my case, I applied on September 22, interviewed on the 27th, offered (and accepted) the job on the 28th. All initial on-boarding paperwork has now been completed, and I start on October 11.

  • It took a while because there were several hoops they make you jump through. When they hire you, they make you feel as if they can treat you any kind of way. They let it be known that there are a whole lot of people waiting to take your job.

  • When I interviewed it took 2 weeks I believe. Went through an initail interview with an Area Manager. Had a background check and drug screening. Once those came back I was scheduled for training which I believe was 2 months before hitting the call center floor.

  • It took a couple weeks, they checked out references, and they trained me 6 weeks to be a Telephone Operator, and it took 6 weeks and I became a Senior Supervisor. They checked references and drug checking.

  • I applied January 5 something like that. They hiring manager called me on January 21 scheduled the interview for the next day at 12:00pm. I brought my resume for professional reasons. I did the interview toured the call center. They told I would expect to hear from someone in 3 business days. It only took two days. They offered me the position for Customer Support Specialist. He emailed all my paper work over. I went and took drug test did everything through hirerite. I think that’s the name of the background 2nd party they use for background checks. Everything was very easy. My hiring manager made sure to touch basis with me through the whole process. They got my results back. Sent me hire letter. I accepted it of course. Now I start my training February 24,2020.

  • I applied on Wednesday Oct 16 online, was sent an email requesting a video interview on the same day, submitted it that afternoon then received an email right after to say I was still in the running. I was called on Thursday Oct 17 to set up an interview for Friday Oct 18. Got an email Monday Oct 21 asking for my ssn then a call from the recruiter to offer me the job contingent upon the background check and drug test, which I agreed to. Filled out forms by email that same day for hireright and AT&T onboarding. Did the drug test the next day Tuesday Oct 22, got the call on Thursday Oct 24 that background check and dt was all complete, given my official start date for Nov 4. In all it took 7 business days.
