What advice would you give the CEO of AT&T about how to improve it?

  • Get rid of your auto application disapproval. Once you fill out the application and submit, you automatically get a response letting you know that you are not qualified the position. Only a real person should be able to tell you this

  • Quit hiring dummies and air heads thank you !

  • Either technologically improve Direct TV or get rid of it.

  • The assessment test has nothing to do with customer service..

  • Care about all the employees and not just for the stockholders

  • Don't buy companies and let go of amazing employees before interviewing them.

  • Get rid of the multiple layers of management. reduce the number of systems and applications used in day to day operations. Over the many years of company consolidations, the worst oversight has been trying to use all the same applications and most of them don't talk to each other! Reduce the red tape when it comes to adding wireless coverage to any place! it should not take over a year to install a small cell in a building!!

  • Re-emphasize a commitment to employee loyalty- HR wants to hire temp and term - my original attraction was it was a career type job.

  • Better working environment and treatment of employees. Could receive 10 fold in return. Higher more people to lessen the load and stress of employees

  • Assign an HR representative who would work with Field Management directly on their next career moves
