I was offered a position thru a temp service who submitted my application and resume on my behalf. I did a phone interview (was supposed to be Zoom) with the hiring manager. I was not told when I'd hear back, but expecting 1-2 weeks. The recruiting company reached out to me via e-mail.
Virtual zoom and then I was offered the job .
They are looking for salespeople NOT hourly workers... It is NOT a 9-5 hourly job. Half your pay should be commission and half should be hourly. Make sure you shed light on your sales experience.

It was very smooth.
Since COVID-19 is around, I did 2 video interviews and a phone interview. So total 3 interviews. I got done with the interviews and got hired in a week and a half. The first interview is basically introducing yourself to the company. The second interview you recorded your answers to 7 questions. The third interview was talking to a manager on there phone, you answered a few questions and did a little role playing. Overall, it was fairly easy!
Unprofessional and non existent. They hire people off the street without submitting background checks. Hired a known felon and drug addict as management
I had a phone screen with Recruiting and then a face to face with the Area Manager. Very comfortable process.
This some kind of role play at the interview, toured the place it was nice but definitely a waste of dam time!!!
