    Come prepared, do some research on the company. Spring looks for friendly team members who are not afraid to converse. If you don't have a lot of sales experience, that does not mean you are disqualified.

  • Don’t believe everything you hear about the position. Ask questions and get every extra promise in writing.

  • It’s not a job it’s a career life changer.

  • Tech applicants will have to pass various technical and mechanical assessment tests along with an oral interview. Practice tests and sample questions can be found online.

    No job is so important and no service is so urgent that we can not take time to perform our work in a safe and a environmentally responsible manner.

  • Run! Unless you know someone high up in the business to get you where you want to go and that has the clout to do it, run in the opposite direction because hard work alone will not get you there.

  • Have a good head on your shoulder and dont be overly sensitive cause it does get frustrating

  • Just leave. The company needs a major overhaul in staff to make it better

  • Be professional. If you get hired make sure to keep looking for work while you are employed there.

  • AT & T is constantly laying off. While there is a lot of exciting work & good people, its a huge company that cares only about the bottom line. You are just a number.
