If you were in charge, what would you do to make AAA CLUB ALLIANCE a better place to work?
I would have the other contact centers hire enough people to take their own calls. Newark Delaware office takes majority of all of the incoming calls because the other call centers aren’t as busy or have the staff. Well if those centers hired the staff we would not get all of the escalation calls that they caused.
The work environment is stressful because AAA created it and there is no signs of anything changing anytime soon. They do not respect longevity, you are only a number, and don't expect to make a good salary. Their compensation is horrible compared to the industry standard. You will never be able to get promoted. For all the work you do the paycheck won't reflect it all.
What advice would you give the CEO of AAA CLUB ALLIANCE about how to improve it?
Surveys, which are sent to emails, determine your monthly bonus of hard work per sales on the front line that are required, but dmv surveys are included in those surveys. Dmv customers are out of our control, its a disappointment. AAA used to look out for their employees and listen to their needs. Look elsewhere for a Company that rewards your sales goals and has a simple calculation so you can achieve and exceed those goals every month. Not only is it difficult to figure your score sheet, but they are a month behind in paying you.
You’re pretty much stuck in the same shift because there is no schedule bidding to change hours. You can swap a shift with a coworker here and there if it’s approved by your supervisor.
What tips or advice would you give to someone interviewing at AAA CLUB ALLIANCE?
3rd party platform they use for references requires emails or cell phone numbers only. So they can verify and you're expected to make sure these people are around or else they won't proceed. 5 references and 2 are supposed to be bosses.
