For one not make it next to impossible to get your monthly bonus ,you get one bad review on travel time to a members break down location and you lose your monthly bonus. One bad review should not make a entire months worth of good reviews look like they don't count and let all members voice their opinion on the service or tow driver not just a select few that is decided to get a review mailed to them

I can only speak about the West Chester location. First it looks like the building is for sale so I would change the signage out front ,market and promote the auto repair business better especially in the AAA magazine. Not many people know that AAA is in the auto repair business. I would also not mislead a new hire and tell them work is plentiful and the shop is turning work away during the slowest auto repair time of the year. I would make sure the shop had the work before hiring additional staff . I would also change the way they pay technicians so that the good techs are retained.

Gather my team every week in an office meeting and first set goals and get feedback on how we can provide the best service to our customer. Having everyone on the same page makes a team work successfully. Open door policy and always being understanding with my teammates.

Hold all my employees to the same standards and allow they time for their families. And make sure they can get off at the time they are scheduled to work. Make sure that my leads get out in trucks to help lessen the work load on other driver and not just sit behind computers all day .
