Varies from place to place and depends on managers. Usually, because the workforce per business is so low (less than 10 employees for our place) we need people to be flexible with scheduling, so we can't be too specific with scheduling.

1. Clean the 8th floor out except the claims dept. They are the only ones working there.
2. Find a legitimate HR Director that can recruit and retain employees.
3. Engage your employees, they have a lot to say and teach you about your business.
4. Follow up. Just because you think you instilled a process, doesn’t make it so.
5. Say ‘thank you’. You demand they say it to guests, but you never do.
