Get Organized and quit paying your subcontractors and drivers so low of an hourly,, and or salary,, Service to members are very poor ,, so backlash comes to the call center,, supervisor and they do not know how to handle situations,, so you are stuck to deal with a supervisor call and your just the call taker no elevating the situation because the supervisor does not want to accept irate calls
