The leadership is a joke. You can't lead a group of people or be their boss, if you've never done it and don't do it.
Put your employees first. Even the bosses that do some leadership by example, forget that without their employees, they're nothing. Don't treat employees as replaceable, and you'll find they will become irreplaceable.
