Corporate Trainer for AAA / Ultimate Staffing
Corporate Trainer - AAA SuperNumber (Former Employee) –  Heathrow, FLJune 10, 2019
PRO:
Openly I was advised of the importance hierarchy but privately, encouraged to do whatever I needed to do as long as it didn't create problems.
Was not micromanaged.
CON:
Did not have any back-up. I was the only person capable of performing my duties. Support was practically nonexistent.
Little to no guidance or instruction.
Required to perform duties previously done by 2 people.
Zero opportunity for advancement.
No sick days
Definitely an "In-Crowd" or favoritism environment.
The department in which I worked stuck to old inefficient policies. They are reluctant to change, even when updated procedures proved effective and incurred no additional costs.

Product Specialist (Current Employee) –  Heathrow, FLOctober 9, 2018
My manager is excellent, but Call Center managers and director mismanage most situations and apply faulty reasoning to complaints. Mostly a double standard mentality and elitist supervisors that are poorly trained and incapable of handling situations.
Pros
Overtime
Cons
customers voicing angry and abusive complaints

Horrible place to work. You are micromanaged from the moment you clock in until the moment you thankfully clock out. 1/2 hour for lunch, hardly enough
INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE (Current Employee) –  Heathrow, FLSeptember 16, 2018
Quite possibly the worst job I've ever had. Management is terrible, they micromanage you to death. No time to take a lunch break, mandatory overtime, limited paid time off, ridiculous disciplinary levels. Absolutely terrible place to work.
Pros
None
Cons
The worst place to work ever. Management is horrible. Site later is a joke. Mandatory overtime, very limited PTO, micromanaged to death.

AUTOMATION ENGINEER (Current Employee) –  Heathrow, FLJune 25, 2018
Overall I feel the company is "cheap". Example, there is no work fridge, the 1st chair I assigned was uncomfortable (not a conventional office chair), most employees are hired through contracts.
Pros
Pays well
Cons
Dress code (no T-Shirts, no sneakers)

Good Experience
Licensed Insurance Agent (Former Employee) –  Heathrow, FLFebruary 12, 2018
A typical day included handling phone calls and walk in on a rotations basis to provide members and potential members with insurance needs. The training was adequate and the support was good. The most enjoyable part of the position was meeting people and meeting their needs with our product offerings. The most difficult part of the job and the reason I left was the mandatory overtime. The workplace culture was also a bit of a challenge as everyone was into their own thing and not as helpful or supportive that I had become accustomed to at Liberty Mutual Insurance.
Pros
Good clean work environment
Cons
No instant messaging system to allow for more efficient support.

Customer service advocate (Former Employee) –  Heathrow, FLOctober 30, 2017
The company is great at when it comes to providing roadside assistance to members in emergency situations, however, company can often put strain on its employees, without providing much additional support from management. Almost an "suck it up, get over it" response. The company does provide what i believe to be above average benefits and compensation and pay.

Membership Services Coordinator (Current Employee) –  Heathrow, FLOctober 5, 2017
Good Company overall

Management is good and supportive for your role on the sales floor
The team members are very nice and friendly and supportive
Training is good and enough to prepare you for the job
The salary and compensation is good for the role.
The workplace is diverse and motivating
:
Unfortunately the company lacks career support for advancement opportunities available beyond the sales floor
the company focuses on keeping you in your current role. hence lack of opportunity or support for advancement. Perhaps implement a career path or track in place for employees to follow and have support in achieving

The work schedule is meant to benefit the needs of the members and the business. For example if you accept a specific shift t don't expect to change it for a very long time.
Pros
discounts, diversity, friendly, compensation
Cons
lack of respect for sick timeor schedule flexibility, lack of advancement support

Cameras Do Not Work
Customer Service Rep (Former Employee) –  Heathrow, FLSeptember 19, 2017
Its a high call volume job, but its because people around the USA and Canada need roadside assistance. But its unfortunately that you can leave something for 5 minutes and come back to your things missing, and nobody knows anything.

Productive environment with helpful developers
Software Developer (Former Employee) –  Heathrow, FLJuly 27, 2017
The leadership really spent time providing mentorship and grooming for the technical team. A typical day consisted of daily stand ups every morning, bi-weekly sprint planning meetings, developing new features and fixing bugs reported by QA. I've learned React.js, Node.js, Java and SQL at AAA. The culture was great because the developers were really good at helping each other get through roadblocks. The hardest part of the job was trying to achieve a permanent role. The most enjoyable part of the job was working together and figuring out how to solve the blockers we ran into.
Pros
Great Pay, Flexible Lunches, team collaboration
Cons
No room for a permanent position
