Overall good company
Dispatcher (Former Employee) –  Town and Country, MOFebruary 19, 2019
The work was fast paced but the managers were amazing. The culture overall was a lot of fun at times. The scheduling was planned out by year which is fantastic for planning. The benefits were decent. Overtime was available at times for those who wanted it and work from home options are available. When the weather is bad you still have to get to work.
Pros
Schedule, culture, managers, benefits, pto
Cons
Demanding at times and stressful

Not really worth the money
Dispatcher (Current Employee) –  Lexington, KYNovember 11, 2018
This is a place for someone who is soft, you have to be somewhat vocal and blunt to work at the AAA location in Lexington,KY. It is very poorly managed and people think they can just walk all over you. Supervisors are lazy and don't wan to make people do their job's.

I enjoyed working for the Auto Club for 13 years. My position offered me great benefits, flexible time
Off, steady schedule and opportunity for growth/advancement. Leadership skills were vastly improved while employed for the auto club.

Stressful
Dispatcher (Former Employee) –  Pittsburgh, PAOctober 15, 2018
Working here was stressful because of the quality of our independant contractors and the management was poor. They trained us in Courtesy, sympathy and understanding (CSU) but didn't show their own employees any level of care or understanding. Supervisors were very poor/ineffective leaders and needed training in leadership and CSU, BADLY.

Huge Turnover
Dispatcher (Former Employee) –  Hamilton, NJMay 25, 2018
Management severely micromanages unimportant aspects, such as seating but consistently ignores problems with resources needed to perform your job despite daily communication to them of the problems. Holds dispatchers to high standards(which should be expected) but allows shop owners and drivers to treat you like trash and decline calls out of pettiness and laziness. 3 stars only for good benefits and decent pay.

Decent job with nice benefits
DISPATCHER (Former Employee) –  MissouriMarch 16, 2018
This company thrives on customers and yet they don't really train employees for dealing with members in the best way. Especially if you move to dispatch they give you two days training and expect you to grasp the system and stations without questions. There is also a lot favoritism at the job between supervisors and employees which make the work environment very uncomfortable to work at at times, and even when the issues are addressed to higher up managers there is never any consequence to the management team.
Pros
nice discounts on certain things
Cons
favortism, slight racism

Dispatcher (Former Employee) –  Wayne, NJJuly 18, 2017
A typical day at work would include desk work, organizing, answering phones, and dispatching vehicles to customers that needed assistance. This job greatly strengthened my relationship with customers. The environment was pleasant with workable hours and decent pay. The hardest part was sometimes working under pressure or encountering rude customers however, the experience was very helpful!

High stress and anxiety, and minimal support from management
ERS Dispatcher (Former Employee) –  Grand Rapids, MIJune 24, 2017
This job is highly stressful with very low reward. Employees are monitored hawkishly by management, with every second of their time tracked. They are encouraged to be comforting and conversational with clients, while simultaneously being harassed by management if calls violate a strict time limit. Employees are frequently denied bathroom breaks as a result, being promised ample opportunity for such necessities upon hiring, only to be informed that they are strictly not allowed to use the time allotted to them for it after training ends. As well employees can expect to be bullied and abused by clients regularly in the course of performing their job.
