AAA is okay. Job security is there and the benefits are average. Depending on what office you are in you can be working with great people. My main problem is the pay, for cost of living in my area I make enough to pay my bills and not much else. Raises do not come often and only if you hit a set of very specific goals that may not be achievable for your location. You earn more money with commissions but that may take a couple years to actually build up a client base to actually earn enough from commission to buy more than a coffee or pay a bill with it. Overall they build up the they don’t really care about you getting a living wage unless you “earn it” by their arbitrary standards that are made by the office in California and may not be achievable for the area you live in.
Heath care, nice office environment, potential to get commission, job security
Too much down time in off season, lowish pay for what you do, blanket goals for the entire company that are not always achievable for your location
