The company overall is not that bad depending on your job. The call center is the worst , once getting promoted things got better. The biggest issue is you do not get time off! They expect you to give your life! It’s never enough staffing it’s always something. There was this one manager that came along after getting promoted she was very miserable she would try to get everybody fired in dispatch.

I have been now little more then 2 years. Job stressful at times. Too many supervisors and too many different rules. The monitoring system is a set up. Some good people working there but nobody seems to stay. Little turnover. I would not recommend with a good conscience.
