There are many steps, training both at the host agency and with the program. The program is for 48 months and training and help is provided all along the way. In the 48 months we give various trainings such as: Computers, Interview Techniques, Budgeting, Career Planning, Skills Assessments, Resume writing, Cover letter class, email. The program is 48 months but most people get employment before the time limit is up.
