Coworkers wonderful, high turnover
Coworkers are great and very dedicated to helping children in foster care. There are extra duties that are not fully explained up front: 2-3 times per month mandatory childcare for 3 hour shifts (either in the evening after your regular 8 hour day or on a Saturday) and 2 times a year mandatory staff participation for family gatherings (each a 3 hour - more... - non-paid - shift). Pay is very low and frustration can be high for non-management staff, therefore there is a high staff turnover. Management and Board of Directors not very interested in the staff turnover rate. - less

ConsManagement not open to new ideas. No room for advancement. Low pay.
