cell apps can be discouraging and sometimes unnecessary pressure. needs to follow instruction in order to do repairs, that can be time consuming and mostly be patience with other departments.

Very Unorganized. The culture is "this is how we've always done things"You will be paid to do your job, and don't even think about thinking outside of the box. They are not interested in changing. It's a top down run environment. Administration/project management all of it is email communication. Management will never have time for you once you're trained. No one takes calls phone or video. They only chat on teams and email. High stress levels. very demanding to answer all emails now and reply now. You get 30 mins for lunch, and two 15min breaks, you must log in and log out, even though you're on a salary. Once you're trained just do your job, because no one cares after that. Very unfriendly and backwards company.

This company was disorganized from the start .. I was hired, started the job , three days into the job they called me and told me I was not able to continue the job..never gave an explanation on why at all. For the three days I was there training was HORRIFIC. noone knew what they were doing and I literally was left for a whole day trying to figure out what I was suppose to be doing . STILL WAITING TO BE PAID

This company provided all cost and maintenance for their company vehicles. All you have to know is the scope of work required and be willing to work hard. IT WAS A GREAT JOB TO HAVE, JUST TOO MANY LONG DAYS WITH SHORT NOTICE.

ABCO Maintenance is a place that values Dependability, Honesty, Integrity and Loyalty, if you exhibit these qualities, ABCO would be a great place for you, they reward hard work and are all wonderful to work with, especially higher management. The company is very focused on detail and getting their projects done right, they respect quality over quantity and they make that clear.

Interview Questions

They are focused on how many hours and days your willing to work. I got lucky and the guy who interviewed me was honest and told me that the owner does not hire anyone not willing to work around the clock 24/7 365 for him without OT pay.
