ABCO Maintenance is open 24 hours a day/7 days a week for the convenience of our customers. The office open Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00PM. Dispatch is open 24 hours. Technicians have various and extremely flexible work schedules.
The average work day for employees is 8 hours. Employees may be offered overtime at the standard overtime pay rate when necessary. Technicians and part time employees have flexible hours offered.
ABCO has various positions that can be paid hourly or via salary. Technicians are paid by the hour, and many positions have the opportunity to be remote and or part time if necessary,
How long does it take to get hired from start to finish at Abco Maintenance? What are the steps along the way?
Depends on what the job is. There is a long test prospective employees are given. For techs are drivers there is a different test. The procedure is different for everyone.
To work at home, do you have to live in the state the job is being offered in?
Not at all! As long as candidates have authorization to work in the U.S.A, they can apply from any state.
