Management was horrible. They passed off their tasks to associates even though it was their responsibility. They wrote you up for the smallest things even if procedures were followed
Too many unnecessary write-ups that were not my fault always being harassed to go faster but make less errors my feet was always hurting no matter what type of shoes I wore this place is ridiculous
The hours were not consistent 20 minute lunch break takes you 5 minutes to get to the lunch break room and 5 minutes to get back so basically you have a 10 minute lunch break on your feet hours at a time worst place ever
I had to work crazy hours with a constantly changing schedule. I could never make plans outside of work
The customers treated you like you were nothing. Absolutely no respect from them. Don't get me wrong, there were some really nice customers that understood what you were dealing with, but others only cared about the "quick" service. I was yelled at many times, because there was a line for fitting rooms and I couldn't give them one right that second.
I need more hours and money.
