Provide proper training, respect others, teach superiors and managers the importance being a great role model. Enforce the rules that are posted on the walls, they are not there just for show. All types of racism needs to be handled internally when reported or witnessed immediately.

I would keep the drug test the same. Because nobody wants drugs and other substances abused on the job. It opens the door for lawsuits.

Took about a month from the interview to hear back. During that time I was emailed by corporate and ask various questions, such as clarifying dates. They will check everything.

Its a union job, unless you are a casual which is like a part time job. It's a 40 hour week with the possibility of OT during busy season, if you are a casual or part time its usually under 6 hours a few days a week.
