Start working with employees around the clock.
Provide proper training, respect others, teach superiors and managers the importance being a great role model. Enforce the rules that are posted on the walls, they are not there just for show. All types of racism needs to be handled internally when reported or witnessed immediately.

Treat people with the respect that everyone deserves and stop being bullies and back stabbing each other.
I would suggest giving your workers the opportunity to work more hours in order to pay their bills. Making it their own choice whether they want it or not. Especially during peak season.
