Terrible place to work
Outreach Specialist (Former Employee) –  United StatesApril 29, 2018
A typical day at work was very stressful. They could care less about their employees OR clients. Some employees are given preferential treatment (i.e. the same rules don’t apply to everyone). If you want to be treated poorly then boy you found yourself a place to work.Only consistent thing was the inconsistency of ever changing rules and policies that weren’t communicated.

Don’t even bother
Case Manager (Former Employee) –  San Diego, CAJanuary 20, 2018
A typical work day included dealing with very poor management at the office. Management was equivalent to a bunch of kindergartners. If you work with a moral compass, this is not your place. Managers ONLY care about their salary and benefits. Clients and staff is treated poorly. I was required to do the work of two people because we were understaffed, and forced to stay over to finish work I would otherwise have completed on time. Overtime is not allowed and additional hours are expected without pay. Two week notice results in immediate termination, denial of unemployment benefits, and a poor reference. I wouldn’t recommend any job at this company to anybody.
