Pay the workers more. I was an account manager and had to pay my employees barely above minimum wage with no raises ever, hard to retain good workers that way

They drain their warehouse employees until there is nothing left. They're overworked with no benefits and not enough pay. Some of us would do 25-30 miles a shift for barely a living wage. Then they tell us we just have to deal and make having a third or less of a staff work. They expect us to still do all our tasks but can't get people hired on and haven't for months. We get more support from the company holding the contract than we do from ABM. ABM expects us to work ourselves into the ground and won't give opportunities for promotions or raises.

Actually pay time and a half for holiday pay for holidays we do not work(when regularly scheduled to work), instead of regular pay for holiday hours. This is the only company I have ever worked for that does not pay time and a half, just regular pay. We work the day before and are off the day after.
